TIMOTHY E. MORAN CPC, CIPC

Professional Recruiters, Incorporated operates under the guidance and direction of Co-owner and Chief Executive Officer, Timothy E. Moran CPC, CIPC a veteran of the executive search and recruiting industry since 1979. Tim retains the designation as both a Certified Personnel Consultant and a Certified International Personnel Consultant.  In addition to Professional Recruiters, Inc. Tim currently sits on the Board of Directors of Allied Personnel Services, Inc, World Search, Inc. and THRS Enterprises, LLC. 

Within the recruiting and executive search industry he has served employers as an executive recruiter, compensation analyst and industry consultant, and is recognized as a results oriented, self-motivated leader in our industry.  He specializes in retained and contingency search in ALL levels of Engineering, (Optical, Hardware, ASIC, IC Design, Firmware and Software), Information Systems, Network Services, Web Technology and Development, E-Commerce and B2B Commerce for companies in the Private, Public and Defense Industries. 

Tim has coordinated numerous seminars for local and regional personnel groups, has written articles for trade publications, and has been on local television and radio talk shows regarding employment issues throughout the New England marketplace. 

Tim is an active member of The National Association of Personnel Services, based out of Alexandria, VA, where he served as a member of the Board of Directors for eight years.  He retired from the Board of Directors in 1998 having last held dual positions as Vice Chairman of the Board and Government Affairs Committee Chairperson.  Additionally in past years, Tim was an active participant in the following committees: Finance & Audit, Conference, Bylaws, Ethics, Education, and Long Range Planning. He previously held the positions of New England District I Representative for 2 years, Certification Chairperson for the industry's Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) program for 3 years, and Membership Chairperson.

 He remains a member of the Northern New England Association of Personnel Consultants where he has held the positions of President, Vice President, and Member of the Board of Directors, Educational Chairperson, and Ethics Chairperson, among others.  In 1991 he was awarded The Woodbury Award which is the Northern New England Association of Personnel Consultants' highest honor awarded to the person who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and contribution to the Association and our profession. 

Tim is a member of The National Association of Personnel Services, The International Confederation of Personnel Services Association, The Northern New England Association of Personnel Services, The American Society of Association Executives, and is a Preferred Member of The Top Echelon Network.
